Honey:
  Orange Blossum          10.0 lb
Misc:
  Prickly Pear Fruit      5.0 gallons of juice, pasterized and then added to fermentor with the honey. Use the no water method.
  After initial fermation is complete, can back sweeten with additional juice. I usually add an additional gallon or so.

  Lalvin K1 V1116
  Staggered yeast nutrient additions for the first week of fermentation
